Project Goals: JoyRide Cycling + Fitness reached out to us to create a t-shirt for an event at Baker Creek Trail promoting mountain biking. It was a female-focused event, but still needed to maintain the edge of mountain biking.
Our Solutions: Playing off the theme of “Heartbreaker At Baker,” we created a heart composed of a multitude of bike gears. We chose a brighter color palette, to make the riders stand out. The typeface choice was a rougher, paintbrush style to represent the toughness of the trail and riders.
Results: The majority of teams had either dark to neon colors in their t-shirt schemes, so our bright blue choice made them stand out amongst the crowd. They also utilized the actual artwork to help promote the event on the front end.
